After sales service and Warranty

Each Panerai product bears an individual identification number, which proves its authenticity. We provide two types of warranty, one covering manufacturing defects and one covering the technical services done on the watch.
 

SALES WARRANTY

 
 Your Panerai is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months starting from the date of purchase, provided that the warranty card is signed by an authorized dealer. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, or damage caused by inappropriate handling. All repairs or servicing work carried out by third parties not authorized by Panerai would automatically invalidate your warranty.
 

REPAIR WARRANTY

 
 After any intervention provided by a Panerai authorized repairer, the work done on is guaranteed for a period of 12 months. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by inappropriate handling. In case of damage was made by an unauthorized repairer, it would have to be rectified at your expense.
