Octo Finissimo Openwork Titanium

The Bvlgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo Squelette Titanium (Skeleton Titanium) Watch

Bvlgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo Squelette Titanium (Skeleton Titanium) Watch has expanded since its launch of a single watch into a small range of limited edition watches, a subset within the incredibly innovative and mind-blowingly ultrathin collection of world record-breaking Octo Finissimo watches, among a wider group of specialties originally comprising the Octo Solotempo, Octo Velocissimo (including a special edition for Italian brand Maserati) and the Octo Finissimo ranges.  The Bvlgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo Squelette Titanium (Skeleton Titanium) Watch can trace its history back to the original (non skeleton) BVL128 caliber movement equipped Bulgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo Small Seconds first presented at Baselworld in 2014, with a thin 40mm multi-faceted titanium case with faceted lugs, a stunning dial (a black dial with open worked dauphine style hours and minutes hands with the small seconds placed between 7 and 8 o’clock), the BLV128 manual winding rather than automatic movement offering a 65 hour power reserve, power reserve indicator and water resistance down to 30m. A hugely diverse range of Bulgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo models was to follow in the design footsteps of this watch, always the case of limited edition pieces offering extra elements with a focus on dressy luxury. Word of the significance of this model spread rapidly, particularly around the internet, with sites and hashtags featuring the names Bulgari US, Bulgari JP (Japan), ae Bulgari, Monaco Luxury Watch, Fabel GmbH Timepeaks watch shop, watch dream, Ronald Grob at Exklusive Zeitmesser Bulgari, Ronald Grob Exklusive, GmbH Bulgari, Zeitmesser Bulgari, luxury watch dream, dream Bulgari Octo and Fabel GmbH just some of many popularizing the legendary status of the Bulgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo collections.

In 2016, Bulgari Watches Rome offered a significant extra design update to the luxury Octo Finissimo BULGARI watches range of non chronograph limited edition watches and the case and movement fitted to respective models, the BLV128 caliber movement previously fitted to the Bulgari Watches Rome Octo Finissimo Small Seconds being updated to a skeleton automatic movement version, in the form of the Bvlgari Watches Rome Ultra Nero Skeleton Bvlgari Watch Rome chose to place this in a breathtakingly beautiful DLC coated (Diamond Like Carbon) steel rather than titanium case with pink gold bezel, to form the Octo Finissimo Ultranero Skeleton. In this case, the openworked skeleton BLV128SK caliber automatic movement received the same dark finish, complete with black coated bridges, nameplate and circular satin-brushed decoration, the rose or pink gold hours, minutes, small seconds and power reserve indicator hands and bezel providing the necessary contrast for an ultra-thin watch of this level of luxury. To the joy of many online watch commentators, watch resellers based in France and beyond, many of the users of the sites and hashtags previously mentioned, 2018 brought the arrival of the Bulgari Octo Finissimo Skeleton Black Edition, with a return to luxury titanium case watches, but for this model from the Bulgari Octo Finissimo range, the titanium would receive an ultra-light DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating, with the all-black design theme of the Bulgari Watches Rome Bulgari Octo Finissimo Skeleton Black Edition continued to include the bezel, crown, bracelet and clasp, with hours, minutes, small seconds and power reserve indicator hand in rose gold plate. Once again, to the joy of all those gmbh registered watch reseller sites and connoisseur  alike, the ultra-thin (just 2.35mm thick) BLV128SK skeleton caliber automatic movement was once again chosen to power the titanium case Bulgari Watches Rome Bulgari Octo Finissimo Skeleton Black Edition, with almost every detail of the superthin movement receiving black DLC coating for maximum effect, providing a design of undoubted luxury and that element of extra style.

Most recently, Bulgari Watch Rome has chosen to update its range of luxury, limited edition ultra thin Octo Finissimo Skeleton watches range with a full, solid 18K rose gold case in a matte, sandblasted form, with similar sandblasted rose gold bezel and anthracite / grey dial (formed by the watch movement itself, as this remains a skeleton caliber automatic movement watch), and matte black leather strap. This was a colour design motif first attempted by Bulgari Watch Rome with the Bulgari Watch Rome Octo Finissimo Automatic, a version of the Rome, Italy brand’s world record holding thinnest ever automatic. The matte, brushed rose gold, in sandblasted form, gives the Bulgari Octo Finissimo Rose Gold an understated design look, evoking  real luxury without the excess of yellow gold, and rendered extremely sophisticated and masculine by the contrasting black elements of hour, minute, small seconds and power reserve indicator indications set against a black backdrop. The element of luxury in the design is to some extent inherent in the use once again of the quite amazing super thin caliber BVL128SK movement, which alongside its obvious three dimensionalities beneath the crystal sapphire dial side case front and watches back, exudes a very masculine, technical prowess in a combination of grey and black. The Bulgari Octo Finissimo Rose Gold remains a hand wound rather than automatic watch, and of course, apart from the small seconds, there are no further extra complications such as a tourbillon or minute repeater.

Undoubtedly, for many potential purchasers, Bulgari Octo Finissimo Rose Gold watches will represent their dream Bulgari Octo, while I am sure, as perhaps some of those contributors to Bulgari US, Bulgari JP (Japan), ae Bulgari, Monaco Luxury Watch, Fabel GmbH Timepeaks watch shop, watch dream, Ronald Grob at Exklusive Zeitmesser Bulgari, Ronald Grob Exklusive, GmbH Bulgari, Zeitmesser Bulgari, luxury watch dream, dream Bulgari Octo and Fabel GmbH might agree, the original Bulgari Octo Finissimo Squelette Titanium, or Skeleton Titanium as most know it, will long be regarded as the original ultra-thin non-automatic luxury design Octo Finissimo, and be willing to pay a little extra premium for the pleasure of owning that model. Bulgari Ginissimo timepieces are still found all over the internet (especially Bulgari 41 S and Bulgari 38 S timepieces). BULGARI timepieces stand for extra care for detail, such as in the dial. Thanks to an exotic titanium slate dial, a stunning skeleton dial, for example (it’s actually the lack of dial and the presence of a ‘skeletonized’ titanium dial, a transparent dial, which fascinates due to this extra-impressive beautiful lack of dial), Bulgari timepieces obviously stand for luxury. Bulgari watches stand for the most incredibly thin ‘finissimo’ movement. Chrono enthusiasts will even forget about missing the chronograph design, the chronograph layout or the chronograph push buttons, as, in any case, Bulgari watches are amongst the best Haute Horlogerie timepieces.
