URWERK international warranty :

The manufacturer’s warranty is only valid when the URWERK product has been purchased through official URWERK retailer. In addition, all maintenance and repairs must be carried out exclusively by URWERK or their authorized representatives.
This warranty is only valid if the warranty at the recto of this card has been duly completed and signed by the retailer from whom the watch has been purchased. In particular, the date of purchase and the serial number of the watch must be mentioned on the international warranty validation section located at the recto of this card.
This warranty card must always accompany the timepiece when servicing/repairs under warranty are requested.
If these conditions are not all met, the manufacturer’s warranty is void.

Your URWERK watch, excluding leather strap, is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of its original purchase. Any damage resulting from negligence or inappropriate treatment of the watch (for example violent shocks, excessive temperatures, powerful magnetic fields) or damage resulting from, accident or natural disasters are not covered by this warranty.
Your watch is water resistant to 3 ATM, which allows for brief and gentle contact with water, but we do not recommend full immersion. Your watch is not designed for use when practising water sports such as diving, surfing, water skiing, or windsurfing etc…
A watch’s water resistance cannot be permanently guaranteed. It may be affected by the ageing of crystal glueing, the ageing of gaskets, or by an accidental shock. We recommend that you have the water resistance of your watch checked at least every 2 years.
The water resistance of your watch is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of its original purchase, provided that the glass, bezel, case back or crown have not been damaged. After the warranty period, it is essential to have the seals replaced on a regular basis by the URWERK after-sale service centre.
This limited warranty is governed by the Swiss law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, to which supplementary legal rights can be added – only special clauses of other national laws are provided – which vary from state to state, as per the enforced legislation on the purchase date of the watch.
