H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel 6500-1200
A demonstration of balance and mastery. This Streamliner combines the sensuality of Moser design with the nobility of Grand Feu enamel, all powered by a micro-rotor of exemplary fluidity. Watchmaking artistry in its purest form.
Mechanical elegance elevated by Grand Feu enamel
With the Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel, H. Moser & Cie. presents a new demonstration of its exceptional expertise in independent fine watchmaking. This model embodies performance, exclusivity, and craftsmanship, united in a creation of remarkable purity. A true horological work of art, it is designed for those who appreciate technical finesse and understated sophistication.
A perfectly balanced Streamliner steel case
The 39 mm stainless steel case adopts the cushion shape emblematic of the Streamliner collection, inspired by the sleek curves of high-speed trains from the 1920s and 1930s. Its lines have been refined to perfectly accommodate the new HMC 500 manufacture calibre, the 18th movement developed by H. Moser & Cie.
Water-resistant to 12 ATM, the case is complemented by an integrated steel bracelet with a fluid, organic design. Each link, uniquely articulated, ensures exceptional comfort and natural elegance on the wrist. This intricate construction exemplifies the technical mastery characteristic of the Streamliner line.
Aqua Blue Grand Feu enamel dial: tradition and innovation
To enhance the polished steel of the case, H. Moser & Cie. has chosen a magnificent Aqua Blue Grand Feu enamel dial, handcrafted using age-old techniques. The brand’s signature fumé gradient is the result of meticulous craftsmanship: three different pigments are applied in successive layers on a hammered gold base, then fired twelve times to achieve the perfect hue.
The result is a translucent, vibrant dial, unique to every piece. Applied steel indexes mark the periphery of this logo-free design, a hallmark of Moser’s minimalist aesthetic. The three-dimensional hands, crafted in two parts and fitted with Globolight® inserts—a luminous ceramic-based material—ensure perfect legibility. At 6 o’clock, the off-centered small seconds appears on a lacquered subdial with an azure pattern that contrasts elegantly with the Aqua Blue base.
The HMC 500 calibre: micro-rotor and discreet power
At the heart of the Streamliner Small Seconds beats the HMC 500 calibre, a fully in-house automatic movement and the smallest ever developed by H. Moser & Cie. in the 21st century.
Equipped with a solid platinum micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings, this compact calibre delivers a 74-hour power reserve. Its bidirectional click-winding system ensures optimal efficiency, while the miniaturized escapement, developed by Precision Engineering AG, showcases the group’s technical expertise.
This innovative architecture paves the way for future integrated complications, designed in-house or in partnership with Agenhor. The movement’s anthracite finish and Moser stripes provide a contemporary aesthetic, highlighted by the brand’s coat of arms engraved on the micro-rotor.
An icon of independent watchmaking
With the Streamliner Small Seconds Blue Enamel, H. Moser & Cie. achieves a perfect synthesis of horological tradition, mechanical innovation, and modern design. Technical yet poetic, this creation already stands as one of the defining pieces of contemporary independent watchmaking.
