The Projekt 01 Variant “F” embodies Kollokium's vision of watchmaking that dares, disturbs, and literally illuminates. An extraordinary creation, designed for those who refuse to conform.

Kollokium Projekt 01 Variant “F”: Light on a new dimension
Lichtblock™: Pure Luminous Innovation
After nearly two years of testing and experimentation, Lichtblock™ emerges as Kollokium’s breakthrough in luminescent material. This translucent ceramic resin is infused with an extraordinary amount of Super-LumiNova to deliver maximum brightness and consistent glow across 488 individual components in six different sizes.
The Projekt 01 Variant “F” pushes the boundaries: it contains as much Super-LumiNova as approximately 500 traditional dials that are either printed or hand-painted with luminous material. The result? A vivid purple glow that’s virtually unseen in watchmaking today.
Projekt 01 Variant “F”: A Limited Edition with Maximum Impact
This isn’t just a visual update — Variant “F” is the first real evolution of the Projekt 01 since the original “Friends, Family & Fools” edition launched in late 2023. Produced in a limited series of 399 pieces, it delivers unmatched chromatic intensity and luminescent power thanks to the new Lichtblock™ technology — a first-of-its-kind hybrid material engineered for radical light emission.
Why Purple? Why Not.
It’s well known: the more Super-LumiNova, the brighter and longer the glow. But colors like violet — which the human eye perceives less easily than green or blue — require significantly more material to stand out. Instead of merely filling cavities, Kollokium went further: the pins themselves are entirely made of luminous matter. Technically bold, painfully difficult — and worth every effort.
Brutalist Beauty, Pin by Pin
Each dial is hand-assembled, pin by pin. And yes — one misaligned pin means starting over. This unforgiving process defines Kollokium’s industrial, brutalist approach: raw, obsessive, and absolutely uncompromising.
The Case: No Finish Is the Finish
The Projekt 01 case is made of 316L stainless steel, not milled or machined, but pressure-cast — a rare method in watchmaking. Why? Because they were told it couldn’t be done. The goal: a uniform, utilitarian, tool-like surface, textured by the mold itself — not too matte, not too glossy. And while it looks rough, it’s surprisingly smooth to the touch. This is industrial beauty, miles away from polished or brushed finishes found on almost every other watch.
Swiss Mechanics, Zero Pretense
Inside beats the G101 automatic movement by La Joux-Perret, with a 68-hour power reserve — perfect for wearing Friday to Monday (though we don’t know why you’d ever take it off). As Kollokium has nothing to do with the movement, it’s left unbranded and undecorated. Not that you can see it anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
