Louis Erard x Konstantin Chaykin – Unfrogettable Purple
This Purple version is perhaps the most daring of all. The regulator becomes a character, lively, expressive, almost insolent—and that's exactly what I like. A watch that doesn't try to please everyone, but leaves a lasting impression on those who encounter it. A true distillation of iris, humor, and mechanics.
A rare, irreverent, unforgettable creation.
The collaboration between Louis Erard and Konstantin Chaykin, a leading figure in contemporary watchmaking, continues to shake up the rules with this new edition with hypnotic charm: the Unfrogettable Purple. A piece unlike any other, designed as a visual and emotional manifesto for collectors who reject normality.
With its deep purple dial, lively gaze, and mischievous smile, this watch doesn’t just tell the time, it observes, interacts, amuses, and intrigues.
A signature design: expressive, iconic, instantly recognizable
Konstantin Chaykin’s characteristic asymmetrical “gaze”—two independent eye discs for the hours and minutes—brings the dial to life. Beneath it, a moon phase indicator forms a complete face: expressive, mutable, fascinating.
Every minute, the watch changes its expression.
Every glance at it tells a new story.
This rare and daring Purple version stands out with:
✔ An intense purple dial that is both playful and sophisticated
✔ A 40 mm steel case, perfectly balanced on the wrist
✔ A unique visual animation every time you check the time
✔ An aesthetic signature that has become iconic in independent haute horlogerie
A collector’s timepiece – designed for those who fear nothing
Produced in a limited edition, this Louis Erard x Konstantin Chaykin Unfrogettable Purple is for enthusiasts who seek emotion, creativity, and absolute uniqueness.
This is not a watch to be worn discreetly: it shows itself off, asserts itself, and creates contact.
It is a piece that is not forgotten, and that no one forgets.

Design & Concept
- The dial and the layout of the regulator have been reinterpreted in an anthropomorphic way: the hour and second subdials form the frog’s “eyes,” while the central minute hand forms its “mouth.”
- The graphic approach is in keeping with Konstantin Chaykin’s “Wristmons” spirit, while retaining Louis Erard’s regulator DNA.
- Deep colors (purple/red/dark purple) create a bold and expressive aesthetic, with touches of luminance for readability.
